In the event that unforeseen weather or mechanical problems might either prevent dispatch or a timely return flight, then 1World Aero will provide one of the many following solutions to be discussed shortly. A refund or credit will be issued at the client’s option for the difference between the cost of the remedy that they have chosen, and the purchase price of the air charter. If the charter airplane is stranded at its trip destination, then the refund will only concern the return leg. In other words 1World Aero will subtract the remedy cost from one half of the air charter purchase cost, and refund the rest. Regardless of the option chosen, no refund will be included for any pilot wait time already logged at the destination. Also, 1World Aero will not refund more than the air charter purchase price.
