First of all please make sure, that the .NET framework is properly installed. You can check it by screening the list of software installed on your computer. If so, please open PowerPoint, access the menu entry HELP and check, whether the entry ABOUT VCT is available. You should find the licensing information there. If it says DEACTIVATED, your VCT installation is not active which requires you to click on UPDATE and re-enter your license key.
