WHAT IF THERE IS NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR MY PROGRAM TO PROCESS A PAYMENT CHECK BEFORE THE EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE?
If your program takes weeks to process payment checks, make copies of your registration forms and send them directly to OAEYC by the early registration deadline. Send a note indicating that you have sent the originals for payment processing. This way we can start the registration process. Prior to the conference, check with your business office to be sure it has completed processing the payment check.
