What if there is nobody at the shipping address to accept the order when UPS tries to make a delivery?
When placing your order, you can have us authorize UPS to allow a neighbor to sign and accept delivery for you. If you don’t do that, UPS will leave a notice of the delivery attempt, and, if you take no action, make another delivery attempt to the same shipping address the next business day. You also have the option to call the phone number on the UPS notice and instruct them to hold the order for you to pick up in person at your local UPS delivery depot. You will need the tracking number on the notice when you call UPS, and be able to produce the notice and a photo ID when you go to pick up the order.
