What if there is no release available in the language that the model or property owner is able to read?
If there is no release written in the language that the model or property owner is able to read, then a verbal translation of the release in the language that the model or property owner understands is acceptable. Add a note to the bottom or margin of the release that indicates; prior to the model or property owner signing the release a translator verbally read the text of the release to the model or property owner, and that the terms of the release were agreed to. If the translator is someone other than you, add the name and contact information of that person in the “Witness” section, and ask them to sign as a witness as well.
