What if there is disagreement between the Grantee and CIRM over the exercise of march-in rights?

0

Prior to exercising march-in under the very limited circumstances above, Grantees will be notified of CIRM’s intentions and will have at least one year to comply before exercise of march-in, except for health emergencies. If after this period the parties remain in dispute, the Grantee may appeal to the ICOC.
