What if there is an error in the Box Sim that leads to me losing a game? Can you rerun the game?
We take every inquiry seriously and will research all potential errors immediately. Many times, errors are often falsely attributed to a misunderstanding of the rules for rosters and eligibility. In the event that there is an actual error of the simulation, we will log it, investigate and immediately address it. Since the simulation results are so intricately tied to other teams’ results, standings and stats, and because results are sent daily to every owner (and almost impossible to undo after the day has passed).
