What if there is a tie at the end of the Skills Pursuit 2008 competition?

In the event of a tie at the conclusion of Phase 4 we will use the players overall ranking in Phases 1, 2 and 3 to break the tie. If a secondary measure is necessary then we will use the order in which each player completed Phase 4.
