What if there is a patient already booked at the same time as the one set up online?
Answer – When scheduling online, patients will see a Thank You screen and receive an email acknowledgment notifying them the office will call them by phone to confirm their appointments. Each office has the discretion to decide whether to accept the appointment and work the patient in or contact the patient and reschedule the appointment. A suggested script for rescheduling a patient to a different time has been provided to the office.
