What if there aren enough teams to form a division, what happens then?

If there are not enough teams to form a division each team will be contacted and given the option to play in a different division (as close as possible to their current division’s characteristics), transfer their payment to another Rock The Rim event in the city of their choice and participate in that tournament, or not play at all.
