What if there are lablels glued to my box with my name or prescription information?
Sometimes, when trying to peel off these labels you might inadvertently break the seal on the box. We will remove your labels with a special solution once we receive them. If it will make you feel more comfortable, we suggest crossing out the information with a black magic marker or Sharpie Pen. Can I get my test strips back after I send them to you. Unfortunately, once you send us your test strips, we are unable to send them back.
