What if the weather does not cooperate?
Bad weather is not a good mix for outdoor activities, especially not inflatables that require being plugged in to an electrical outlet. Rain, lightning, and high winds are unsafe for moonwalk use so an accurate weather forecast is important. We will not deliver our inflatables during inclement weather. If the weather passes we will resume deliveries when possible. You will not be charged anything if your delivery is canceled due to weather. Sometimes it is hard to tell what the weather will do. In this case we will ask you to decide knowing we don’t offer refunds due to weather. Nobody wants to pay for a moonwalk that goes unused and gets rained on, we will take every possible step to avoid this. If you would like to reschedule we will happily accomodate you at no extra cost, schedule permitting.
