The voter(s) can bring their spoiled ballot to the Surprise City Hall to the Replacement Ballot Location so that they can obtain a new ballot. If it occurs early enough in the cycle, if the voter calls Maricopa County Elections Department, the County can re-issue a ballot and send it to the voters home by calling 602-506-1511.
