What if the videographer gets sick or is otherwise unable to make it to the event?
If an unavoidable circumstance causes us to have to cancel more than 2 weeks in advance you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If the worst happens within two weeks of the shoot we are unexpectedly unavailable then we would try to get another video production company that we know and trust to shoot for us. If after doing everything in our power we are still unable to shoot your wedding you would receive a 110% refund.
