A. If the user s payment is not posted by the vendor it could be due to several different things. Please fill out a claim form for research. If the payment is not posted due to our error or (VPS) we will arrange to cover any late fees. Q: What happens when Bill Payer receives a payment rejection by the Vendor? A: Depending on the reason for the payment rejection (VPS) will either immediately refund the payment and notify the user via E-mail, or (VPS) will notify the user via E-mail and allow them one week to respond to their financial institution before (VPS) refunds the payment to the financial institution.
