A. Make sure the two contact pins in the battery compartment are sticking out. Pins should protrude out of the housing for proper insertion into the battery inserts. Make sure the battery is charged and correctly inserted into the unit. If the Amigo is still not turning on connect the power supply to see if it is a battery issue. Press the power button for more than 1 second and the Amigo should turn on.
