What if the tutor is late?
Mind Garden Tutors pride themselves on being punctual. However, in the case of an emergency, a tutor that arrives a few moments late will make up the time at the end of the session, or at a time arranged by both parties. If for some reason a tutor is more than 15 minutes late, the tutor will make up the time at the end of the session, or a make-up tutoring session will be offered at half price.
