NFA Firearms, the trustee must file a BATFE Form 5320.20 and receive an approved copy back from the BATFE. Each location requires pre-approval. Furthermore, the BATFE is currently allowing the duration of the transport to be up to 1 year, in the case of temporary transport. The 5320.20 Form can be faxed into the BATFE at 304 616-4501.
