What if the Tow Truck is late for the scheduled pickup time?
Our drivers make a conscientious effort to be on time for each scheduled pickup appointment. Unfortunately, there may be times when they may unavoidably delayed (traffic & weather conditions, equipment breakdown, emergency services rotation calls, etc). In these circumstances we will make every effort to contact you to let you know and, if necessary, to reschedule your pickup appointment. Please allow for the possibility that the truck may arrive somewhat earlier or later than your scheduled 1/2 hour appointment time and be available for at least 1/2 hour before and after this scheduled time.
