What if the tenants can afford the rent?
• As indicated we gather relevant checks and references prior to granting tenancy to ensure that the applicant can meet the financial commitment. However, circumstances change and since we visit the tenants every six weeks under our full management service they are always made aware that if they are experiencing cash flow problems we will assist in gaining financial assistance from the local authority, negotiating a sensible repayment plan and/or investigate re-housing them in cheaper accommodation.
