The student should still call or email SJA to explain the situation and request a phone appointment with the SJA staff member assigned to the case. In-person meetings may be required later, but the student can at least have an initial discussion with SJA over the phone. Ignoring a contact from SJA will result in holds being placed on the student’s records.
