Eventhough we pride ourselves on excellent maintenance of our RV’s, they are mechanical and still can malfunction. Included in your rental rate is a RoadSide Assistance Service package. If the RV should have engine problems, tire problems, or you find yourself locked out or stuck in a ditch; a service vehicle will be sent to your location to get you back on your way. If the RV cannot be repaired on-site, it will be towed to the nearest repair facility. If not repairable, another RV will be brought to you (500 miles max). If the RV cannot be repaired within 12 hours of reporting the problem to us, we will waive the fees for the RV for that day AND credit you upto $100 for lodging or car rental. If the RV cannot be repaired within 24 hours, we will bring you another RV, or return you to Las Vegas and credit you for the unused portion of your Rental Agreement.
