A. For all interstate, outer metropolitan and country Victoria deliveries we send Australia Post to private addresses and require a signature on receipt. A calling card is left if the recipient is not home and returned to the local Post Office for signatory collection. Q.

All shipments are made with UPS. The Lovin Spoonful does not require a signature for all shipments. In cases where a signature is not required, the UPS delivery person will usually leave the package in a safe place. In some cases, the UPS delivery person may choose to NOT leave the package at the door if he/she believes it is unsafe. In such cases, an attempt to deliver is made the following day.
