What if the recipient is not home or the phone is busy?
If your recipient is not home, the concierge will leave a message (this represents only 3.4% of all calls). If the phone is busy, s/he will retry until s/he speaks directly to your recipient or can leave a message (either with a person close to your recipient, or your recipient’s answering machine). If the phone number you supplied is invalid, you will be notified by email and prompted to enter a new number.
