What if the realtor or photographer is running late or misses an appointment?
The photographer will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. If you miss the appointment there will be $30 cancellation fee. We ask that if the photographer is late, that you also wait 15 minutes. We will do our best to notify you if we are running late. What is the time frame before my virtual tour is on line? Interscope 360 will process the images within 1-2 business days from the time we receive the images from the photographers. Then your virtual tour will be sent to your destination of choice by E-mail. Do I need to download additional software to view the tours that I ordered? There is no additional software needed to view any of our tours? Can you post my virtual tour that I ordered on my company’s website? We can send you or your webmaster a link to post your tour on your site. Remember we can post your virtual tour on other websites this way you can maximize the potential of your virtuals.
