What if the Quicktime leave balances dont agree with the FPPS leave balances?

If an error occurs when validating a timesheet that indicates a leave balance problem, the timekeeper should check the LVVW screen in FPPS to verify the correct leave balances (make sure you are looking at the correct pay period in FPPS). If there is a discrepancy (e.g., LVVW says a leave balance greater than Quicktime), the timekeeper can bring the updated leave balance forward in the Leave tab of the employees Quicktime timesheet. The timekeeper may encounter leave discrepancies especially when dealing with compensatory earned vs. compensatory used, or if the employee has a very low leave balance and is using leave in the same pay period it is earned. When Quicktime leave balances are different from FPPS leave balances, always use the FPPS balance.
