What if the potential clients contact information is inaccurate?
First, you will want to message the referring member via the LawRex messaging system to obtain the correct contact information. If the member does not have this information, the member should have not posted the referral in the first place. You can then give the referring member the appropriate feedback score for the referral (most likely negative). You can also contact LawRex if you feel it is necessary; however, LawRex does not guarantee that any particular referral has merit and LawRex will not restore points to any member. Repeated complaints or negative feedback may result in LawRex prohibiting a member from submitting future referrals or terminating the member’s account.
