What if the person I’m looking for has or at one time had a restraining order or domestic violence case against me?
Then we can’t help you. Our company policy is that we cannot take on a client who has had a restraining order or domestic violence charges against them. It does not matter what the outcome was, how long ago it happened, or how unfair you feel the courts to have been. Do not call or email us for a consultation. If you choose to attempt to hire us and we find out that you have misrepresented your history with domestic violence and/or restraining orders, we will immediately cancel the case and your retainer will not be refunded. Additionally, we may choose to contact the person you were attempting to locate as well as the appropriate law enforcement agency and inform them of your attempt.
