What if the parent or tutor cancel any lesson during the first month?
Kindly take note if tutor/ parent were to cancel any lesson within the first month, “Gratify Tuition Services” will still be collecting 50% of the tuition fee as commission based on the total number of lessons as per agreed. The commission will be based on the first course of lessons. Tutors are responsible for make-up lessons in times of postponements / cancellations of lesson to complete the first course of lessons within the first month.This policy is to prevent tutors from cancelling lessons without proper basis.
