If, for any reason, your delivery and it’s packaging (e.g. totally crushed, open or ripped) is damaged when it arrives then we strongly recommend that you refuse the delivery and it will be returned to us at no cost to yourself. Once it is returned we will resend the order at no additional cost to you.
