What if the order arrives damaged or is lost?
All orders are insured with the shipping company (US Postal Service or UPS). It is the carrier’s responsibility to deliver your package correctly, on time, and without damage. We pack very well to prevent breakage. Should a package arrive damaged, we will help you file a claim with the appropriate company. There is a 30 day limit on all liability for broken, missing or mistake. Please notify us immediately. For UPS – we will file a claim for you. Please hold the entire package including all the packing materials and outer box for inspection for 5 days after we file a claim. If the package is damaged by the US Postal Service, you must file and sign a report with your local post office and have the package inspected there. We will help you file a claim here. When claim is accepted, you will received replacements for any damaged item or reimbursement if we no longer have the item in stock.
