What if the optical store does not recognize or say they do not accept Affordable Smiles’ program?
Affordable Smiles is an authorized dealer and provider of the EyeBenefits discount vision plan. Please reference the EyeBenefits name and logo on your membership card to the vision provider or merchant. If the provider still doesn’t recognize the plan, please have the optical store staff call the Affordable Smiles and Vision Provider Relations Department at 1-877-321-8266.
