Yes Europeans would still be here. Only difference is that us Native American Indians would still have control of our own lands had your President Andrew Jackson followed the ruling handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court. Instead, he went ahead with his Indian Removal Act policy by gathering signatures of some of the Cherokee Indians who only wanted peace. As far as the rest of the Cherokees were concerned, he did not get all of their signatures, which still violated the “sale” of the lands owned. Of course the Spaniards (Formerly Spain/Mexico “Territories”) annihilation of the American Indians were far worse than what Andrew Jackson did. And the Mexicans didn’t treat our ancestors any better than the Spaniards had.
