An option must be selected by the event date if the next scheduled event is “must comply by”. The options are pay the civil penalty, elect driving school, or if applicable, enter a not guilty plea. Payment may be made through the Internet, at a service location, through the mail, or via the telephone. Not guilty pleas may be filed at the counters, or by mail.
