What if the music student shows up late?
Music students that frequently turn up to their music lessons late, can cause difficulty if you have other students scheduled after their lesson time. If your music student makes a habit of turning up late, it can also affect the quality of the music lesson you are able to provide. If their lateness goes on for more than two weeks in row, or your music student is late for example, every second week, you will have to mention a few options to them. Firstly, because of the inconvenience it is causing you, you need to ask if a different time slot or day would prevent them turning up late. Sometimes this will work, however if they don’t think have time, or if you don’t have another time slot free, it will not be possible. If this is the case, you will need to let them know if their lateness continues, you will be offering their time slot to another student who has the ability to turn up on time. Telling them that from next week onwards you expect them to be on time, otherwise they will lose
