What if the merchandise is defective?

If you receive the defective merchandise, Please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. Call us at 954-549-4437 or e-mail support@davieweapons.com and include your full name and order number. Please allow 1-3 business days for UPS to pick up the defective merchandise from you. If after 1-3 business days have passed and they have picked it up, please contact us. After the 1-3 business days are over we’ll have to wait until UPS respond back to us in reference to your defective item/items and then we’ll be able to reship another item which will take approximately 3-5 business days to complete. If we made a 3 delivery attempt and the package was not ready on the 3rd attempt, the customers are liable to send the item back to us at their cost.
