If Mercer PayMonitor is unavailable, please call the Mercer Software Help Desk at 800-866-7474 (in the United States and Canada) or 502-561-8995 (outside the United States and Canada) or via e-mail at Software@Mercer.com and inform them of the situation that you are experiencing. It may be that the site is unavailable due to a technical problem at Mercer or it may be due to technical issues at your organisation or on your PC.
