This is highly unlikely. The enLux LED Floodlights have survived drops from 9 feet in the air onto concrete. As long as the delivery truck does not run over the package, we are quite sure your order will arrive safely. However, if there is damage please contact us using the “RMA – Return Authorization” Request Form found in the Technical Support section of this website.
