If you believe that the trust has failed to carry out our recommendations, please inform us. We will then decide if we can resolve the matter by 31 March 2009. If there is not enough time to do so, we will forward your case to the Ombudsman to consider. After 1 April you should approach the Ombudsman directly with issues like this.
