What if the FedBid Fee causes my Selected Bid to exceed my applicable published contract pricing?

0

If FedBid receives notice that, due to inclusion of the FedBid Fee, the Selected Bid’s line item pricing is higher than the Selected Seller’s applicable published government contract pricing, the FedBid Fee will be reduced to ensure the Selected Bid’s line item pricing does not exceed the Selected Seller’s applicable contract pricing.
