What if the eGift certificate gets lost or deleted?
Unfortunately, we cannot trace or re-issue eGift certificates and they are non-refundable. They should be treated just like cash. Always make sure to triple check the e-mail address of the friend or colleague you are sending the gift certificate to, to ensure that it is accurate. You may also want to ensure that the recipient’s e-mail service is set up to receive e-mail from FMinMotion.com. In some cases, we may be able to help if the recipient of the gift certificate has not received it and the gift certificate has not yet been redeemed.
