Go into the menu, click “Apps”, highlight pix2pc, click on “Options”, and select “Update Version”. If you have already deleted the half-installed application, try going back into “Apps”, then “Web”, then “Service Inbox”. If there is a message titled “Install pix2pc”, click it to restart the download. If there is no such message, go to a Cincinnati Bell store or call Cincinnati Bell Customer Support to deactivate and reactivate the application.
