What if the download fails half way through?
You can try to dowload the track again or ask support at support@martialfunk.com. I can’t find the file where is it? Sometimes browsers download automatically into My documents/ or Mydocuments/My music. My computer does not recognise my Mp3 file. It thinks it is an excel/word etc. file Some operating systems can’t handle long file names. When the MP3 is downlo aded, it shortens the filename and loses the .mp3 extension. This leaves your computer unable to know how to handle the file, so it often makes a guess (hence thinking it’s an Excel or Word file). If you rename the MP3, adding the extension .mp3 it should work.
