What if the Digilant® camera stops responding to the remote control?

• Check battery in remote control. • If camera is powered by battery, the power saving mode of the camera disables the infrared receiver until the motion sensor is triggered. Move in front of the camera and try again. • If more than one Digilant® camera is in use, please check that the correct remote control is being used. • When each Digilant® camera leaves the factory, a remote control is uniquely keyed to it. It is possible however, to have multiple remotes keyed to one camera or multiple cameras keyed to just one remote. If the unique key has been lost, then contact your Digilant® distributor or service center for assistance in having the remote control re-keyed to the camera.
