What if the desk arrives damaged en route?
All shipments are insured against damage en route. VERY IMPORTANT: you must report damaged cartons or merchandise immediately at 1.888.302.DESK and note on delivery slip BEFORE trucker leaves. If shipment is left by UPS then please contact them and state that there was damage. IF DAMAGE IS NOT STATED ON DELIVERY SLIP THEN AN INSURANCE CLAIM CANNOT BE MADE.
