What if the debtor doe not have any assets?
A.Obviously, nothing from nothing leaves nothing and you can’t take what’s not there. However, our experience often tells us that debtors have assets that the average person would not even think were there. It is our experience and resources that enable us to identify, seek out, and locate those assets, which just as often are being intentionally hidden by the debtors.
