What if the customer needs more hours than allocated in the PSSA to accomplish enhancements to their application?
This is not a problem. The PSSA has a provision for billing extra hours and pricing if the customer wants to purchase an additional block of development time for a project. The PSSA establishes a baseline of support that allows Intermec to dedicate a resource to the account. We can always augment the PSTC with additional resources to assist with the development of enhancements.
