What if the contract transfer happens in the middle of the original subscriber’s billing cycle?

0

Once the new subscriber takes over the contract, the wireless provider calculates the number of minutes left for the present billing cycle based on the plan’s original minutes. For example, if the plan offers 100 day time minutes and there are 10 days left until the end of the billing cycle, the new subscriber gets only 33 minutes -(100minutes/ 30days) times the number of days for the remaining days of the cycle. If the original subscriber used more than 66 minutes during the first 20 days of the cycle, he/she will be charged for any extra minutes.
