The employee or employer must immediately report the card lost or stolen by calling 1-866-620-1367. A new card will be generated and the funds will automatically transfer to the new card. The new card will arrive in approximately 10 business days at the employee’s home address or other address requested. Overnight shipping is available for a $25 fee.
