What if the car breaks down or needs repairs?

0

Cars will undergo routine maintenance between driver rotations, so hopefully there will be no problems of this nature. However, if the car breaks down, won’t start, or has other unexpected problems, you should follow instructions on the “Accident/Vehicle Damage Management Program” sheet that will be provided when you receive the vehicle. A Toyota representative will help you decide the next course of action. Please also contact the Program Coordinator for Sustainability by phone or email to let her know of the problem if it is not immediately resolved. If the car will be out of commission for more than a few days for repairs, Toyota may pull that vehicle from the program and replace it with another. You will receive additional instructions during your Driving Training session.
